BEAUTIFUL WOODED BIRD WITH LIFE-LIKE DETAILS.OUTSTANDING ONE OF A KIND CARVED WOOD PEREGRINE FALCON MADE OF BASSWOOD WITH EXPERTLY HAND-PAINTED VERY FINE DETAILS IN ACRYLIC. MOUNTED ON STYLISH WOOD BASE. THE EYES ARE GLASS AND THE LEGS/ FEET ARE METAL. PLEASE NOTE: DAMAGE. THERE ARE STRESS CRACKS AROUND EACH OF THE UPPER PART OF LEG WHERE IT HAS BEEN ORIGINALLY ATTACHED OR INSERTED TO BODY WHEN MADE, THIS IS DUE TO THE AGE OF THIS PIECE WHICH WAS CARVED APPROX 1969-1970. THIS AGE WEAR/ STRESS WEAR DAMAGE IN MY OPINION AND MY OPINION ONLY BLENDS IN AND DOES NOT MAR THE BEAUTY OF THIS ONE OF A KIND WOODED ART SCULPTURE PEREGRINE FALCON.
