eBay Guaranteed Delivery Program:
eBay displays a delivery, On or By date, which is based on their internal information. Most carrier’s, like USPS, do not provide a Guaranteed Date of delivery for First Class or Priority Mail shipments. The eBay system however, does calculate the information it collects from completed shipments which is simply an estimated delivery date.
In the event a shipment has missed the published delivery date, a Buyer can submit this to eBay for a resolution.
