New Take Out: The product is a new, unused item that may have been previously installed in electrical equipment but has never been energized. Reconditioned: The product is cleaned, inspected, found to be free of damage (burns, chips, cracks, etc.), fully functional, Electrically OK, Mechanically OK and the labels are intact or replaced. Item may also be painted, relabeled and have new parts installed as necessary. Reconditioned electrical equipment comes with an insulation resistance test and is subject to a 1 year warranty. All orders are shipped regular ground, unless other arrangements have been made (overnight, next day etc.). All orders will ship via FedEx, UPS or USPS and are billed to the customer. All large orders and items over 150 lbs. will ship via freight carrier – please provide business name and address. If setting up your own freight, please note, it is at your own expense and liability. All international shipping requests are to be arranged through buyer. PAYMENT: Payment in full is expected before the item is shipped. Net 30 is offered upon credit approval. Interest of 1.5% per month may be charged on all past due payments.
