CHECK THE PART NUMBER AND PHOTOS CAREFULLY!
You need BOTH:
#1 Make certain that the PART NUMBER of the listing matches the number on your old part down to the digit. Merely matching the model number is not enough.
#2 Verify the photos to make sure that all needed wires are included and intact, and that all necessarily wire terminals and plugs and sockets are available, and that the part matches visually as well. (Also verify the typed numbers in the description with the photos of the label incase of an accidental typo.)

(When we list part information, we are not always certain how relative every single number on the label is, as some numbers may simply be the date of production of that particular unit. We try to designate the primary part number, but the verification of the rest of these numbers is the responsbility of the buyer.)

Compatibility issues are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for the accidental purchase of a part incompatible with the machine or whatever you need it for, or if it did not fix/solve your problem, or if you decided not to use the part, or if the manufacturer or another website claimed compatibility, etc. Again, it is the responsibility of the buyer to correctly diagnose their machine.

**Please note: 1-Year Warranty does not cover any of the following situations (but is not limited to): the buyer altering or tampering with the product in any way other than what is necessary for installation, or for damaging the product by failure to correct the original problem which caused the old part to fail, or failing to provide information to follow warranty steps, or failing to return items when problems arise, or misleading the seller/withholding payment/abusing the transaction in any way. The warranty also does not cover any situations related to the buyer purchasing the incorrect part to fix his machine, a buyer changing his mind after the shipment of the part or deciding to purchase another machine instead, or the part not being able to be used in the expected way, or any other compatibility issues. It is the buyer’s responsibility to correctly diagnose his problem.

This is to ensure and promote correct usage of the product.

If our part fails within 1 year, either a replacement part will be sent, or a refund will be given. (Our choice.)

If the part fails within 3 months of purchase, shipping costs for returning the part will be paid by the seller. If the part fails after 3 months but within 1 year, the return shipping of the old part may be required by the buyer. In such case, the shipping for the replacement part to the buyer will be paid by the seller.

All parts may have been previously used, and therefore may show signs of cosmetic wear. Some used parts may be missing a necessary wire for installation, or may have cut wires requiring splicing. We do our best to provide accurate information and photos regarding the condition of each product, but we may miss small details. Therefore please look closely at the photos before buying.

This item was taken from a brand new machine and was never used or tampered with. It is not in the original packaging, so there may be signs of cosmetic wear.

INSTALLATION & RECALIBRATION

Many appliance parts, especially electronic control board parts, may store fault or error codes. Most of these errors need to be “cleared” from the appliance after the new part is installed and before the new part will work properly. Unfortunately, no appliance manufacturer has a standard recalibration process. You will need to search by your MODEL number plus the error description to try to find this process and if it is necessary for your particular machine model, or to consult the owner’s manual.

ONLY A SYMPTOM?

Before installing the part, make sure that the part to be replaced is the ONLY issue with the machine. Some parts go bad because they are a symptom and not the actual problem. If the old part is replaced with a brand new part, it will go bad again. For example, some machines have a situation that when the pump fails it also takes out the fuse on the mother board. Therefore, if the board were to be replaced solely, the pump would blow that fuse again.
